Would there be a precedent for the US federal union fragmenting due to the corruption, incompetence, & arrogance of a central federal government? Yes, there are several: The dissolution of the Spanish Empire, the breakup of the Soviet Union, the decay & dissolution of the British Empire, the destruction of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the destruction of the Serbian Union, & the breakup of the Ottoman Empire. I live in the US heartland, & I have never seen people so FED UP with Washington DC.

You are right on. Keep punching. Maybe Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, & Louisiana should start to discuss forming a semi-autonomous union if the US federal government continues to push this Global Warming scam. The Move-on/Soros/Moore/Globalist/multiculturalist/anti-West axis is behind this. It is time to begin discussions re: contingency plans for leaving the union and forming a new nation that would be the #4 power in the world.
