one year? …do whatever you want, …
do something you both like.
dinner, …hiking, …the zoo, a picnic, whatever, ..
….the big celebration will be when and if you get married and make it past the 10 yr mark

who cares if its original or not? all that matters is you guys make that day to be about you.. it shouldn’t matter if you just stay home a rent movies eat food.. aslong as you two are happy doing it together.. anniversaries are overrated anyways for this very reason.. just enjoy your time together regardless what you are doing..
